Key Responsibilities

• 1Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives tailored to the Food & Beverage Service department, aligning with organizational goals.
• 2Oversee recruitment processes for Food & Beverage positions, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates to meet operational needs.
• 3Coordinate training and development programs for Food & Beverage staff to enhance skills and improve service delivery.
• 4Manage employee relations within the Food & Beverage team, addressing any concerns or conflicts promptly and effectively.
• 5Implement performance management systems specifically for the Food & Beverage department, providing guidance for evaluations and feedback.
• 6Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure workforce planning aligns with ongoing construction and real estate projects.
• 7Monitor industry trends and best practices in HR related to Food & Beverage services to maintain a competitive edge in talent management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the Construction & Real Estate sector.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and best practices in HR.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration.
