F&B Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality at all times. Key Responsibilities

• 1Oversee daily operations of the Food & Beverage Service department to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• 2Develop and implement F&B service standards and procedures in collaboration with kitchen and service staff.
• 3Manage inventory and procurement of food and beverage supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost control.
• 4Train, motivate, and lead a diverse team of servers and bartenders to deliver high-quality service and performance.
• 5Monitor guest feedback and conduct regular service evaluations to continually enhance customer satisfaction.
• 6Collaborate with marketing to promote food and beverage offerings, including special events and themed nights.
• 7Analyze financial reports to track departmental performance and contribute to budget forecasting and planning.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage management within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record in managing diverse F&B operations and achieving financial performance targets
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu development, and cost control practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and guests
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene, with additional relevant certifications in Hospitality preferred
