Key Responsibilities

• 1Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas to meet our high standards.
• 2Coordinate with the housekeeping team to schedule and prioritize daily cleaning tasks efficiently.
• 3Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
• 4Develop and implement cleaning protocols to enhance guest satisfaction and safety.
• 5Assist in training new housekeeping staff on procedures and best practices for optimal performance.
• 6Manage laundry services and ensure the proper handling of linens and guest clothing.
• 7Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and facilities to guarantee compliance with quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical usage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and guests.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
