Bartender

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled bartender who can deliver exceptional beverage service and create memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities

• 1Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• 2Manage the bar inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed.
• 3Create and innovate cocktail recipes to enhance the menu and guest experience.
• 4Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to build rapport and enhance their visit.
• 5Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• 6Train and mentor junior staff on bar procedures, drink preparation, and service standards.
• 7Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure efficient table service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bartending certification is a plus
• 3-5 years of bartending experience in luxury hotels, upscale bars, or fine-dining restaurants
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
