Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• 1Manage all restaurant operations including staffing, service quality, and guest satisfaction
• 2Lead and motivate front-of-house teams, providing training and performance feedback
• 3Monitor and optimize service flow, table management, and reservation systems
• 4Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain high satisfaction scores
• 5Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure seamless food and beverage delivery
• 6Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through upselling and promotions

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the Food & Beverage sector
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and staff training
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
• Certifications in Food Safety and Hygiene, and familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
