Key Responsibilities

• 1Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests during events and functions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• 2Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to all guests.
• 3Assist in setting up dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and linens, to create an inviting atmosphere for events.
• 4Take orders from guests and accurately input them into the system, ensuring all special requests are communicated effectively.
• 5Monitor guests' needs throughout the event, promptly addressing any concerns or requests to enhance their experience.
• 6Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain knowledge of menu offerings and service standards.
• 7Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring that all food and beverage handling complies with industry standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage service, preferably in events or entertainment settings.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail offerings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
