Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• 3Coordinate talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
• 4Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies and procedures.
• 5Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers.
• 6Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• 7Advise management on HR-related matters, offering insights to drive organizational effectiveness.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner or similar role within a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
